Description
Parylene C is a chlorinated modified parylene monomer, and its chemical structure contains chlorine elements. Compared with Parylene N, the coating of Parylene C has stronger chemical stability and better barrier properties, especially showing more outstanding performance in the barrier against water vapor and other gases.
Characteristics:
1.Enhanced chemical stability: Parylene C has stronger corrosion resistance to most chemical substances, including water, acids and alkalis.
2.Excellent gas barrier property: In many applications requiring gas and moisture isolation, Parylene C exhibits higher performance.
3.Electrical insulation: It maintains the consistent electrical insulation advantage of the parylene family.
Applications:
Parylene C is one of the most common parylene coating materials, widely used in the protection of electronic devices, circuit boards, sensors, battery protection and other application fields that require long - term stability. It has a wide range of applications in fields such as medical devices, automotive electronics, and communication equipment.
Advantages
1. Quick lead time
2. Low MOQ
3. Quality assured with COA
4. Full experience in shipping
5. Free consulting service
6. custom service welcome

Parylene coating deposition process:
The vapor deposition preparation process of Parylene coating is as follows:
a. The solid parylene raw material absorbs heat and sublimates in the evaporation chamber;
b. The sublimated parylene gas enters the cracking chamber and forms active parylene monomers under high temperature;
c. The parylene monomer is sent to a vacuum deposition chamber at room temperature, where it is deposited and polymerized on the surface of the workpiece, eventually forming a dense protective film.
